Project Hope

Project Hope was the original title for the Community of Hope (Helping Others Prepare for Eternity) and was the first ministry that the Lord led Rev. Neal Hughes to begin.

The current director of Hope is Lou Ann Raughton. Project Hope works closely with the Hope Community Ministries as well as Hope Community Church. Project Hope’s primary ministry is the proclaiming of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to lost people groups in unchurched areas in Montgomery. People within Montgomery are in great need of the forgiveness and life that Christ Jesus offers, and Project Hope exists to share the most important truth that anyone will ever hear. Hope, however, cannot continue to minister without the aid of members from local churches. Hope enlists volunteers from several churches throughout the city of Montgomery.
